About the Role
As the HR & Operations Associate, you'll be a key support to both HR and day-to-day team operations. You'll coordinate people processes, lead morale initiatives, and help streamline workflows using modern tools, all while working remotely within U.S. Eastern Time hours.
️ Key Responsibilities

Coordinate HR and operational processes across a remote team

Support payroll preparation and provider scheduling

Manage hiring, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities

Lead team morale and performance tracking initiatives

Automate and optimize workflows using tools like ClickUp, ConvertKit, and SimplePractice

Draft or support the creation of SOPs, onboarding guides, and performance review processes

Handle sensitive HR concerns with discretion and professionalism
What We're Looking For

23+ years of experience in HR, operations, or team management (healthcare or telehealth experience is a major plus)

Experience working remotely for at least 1 year in HR, ops, or admin support roles

Demonstrated comfort with handling sensitive morale or HR concerns virtually

Strong communication, organization, and team culture development skills

Available 2025 hours per week during U.S. Eastern Time (EST) business hours
Tech & Tools You Should Be Proficient In:

SimplePractice (required)

ClickUp or Asana (preferred)

Google Workspace (required)

Gusto, ADP, or other payroll/HR systems (bonus)

Confident use of ClickUp or similar PM tools (e.g., task updates, tagging, file linking)

Comfortable navigating EHRs, CRMs, and modern digital workflows

Experience drafting SOPs, onboarding materials, or supporting employee reviews
