  • Maintain and organize files, records, and office supplies.
  • Come up with insights by studying trends.
  • Assist with data entry, invoice processing, and other clerical tasks.
  • Support internal teams with special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
