Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and office supplies.
- Come up with insights by studying trends.
- Assist with data entry, invoice processing, and other clerical tasks.
- Support internal teams with special projects as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
