One of our clients is looking to hire a Customer Support Agent to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries and will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and emails in a timely, courteous, and professional manner

Route calls and messages to the appropriate departments or personnel

Maintain a log of all interactions and ensure follow-ups as needed

Requirements:
