Job brief

One of our clients is looking to hire a detail-oriented caller with outbound sales or follow-up experience? Were looking for an Outbound SDR to support a clients sales operations by re-engaging prospects who have already received quotes and moving them to the next step.

Schedule

  • 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (New York Time)

  • 30–60 minute unpaid lunch break

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound follow-up calls to quoted leads.
  • Re-engage prospects, confirm interest, and document outcomes.
  • Complete 60+ call attempts per full shift.
  • Log all activities, dispositions, and notes accurately in CRM systems.
  • Contribute to the organization’s blog.
  • Follow call scripts while maintaining a professional phone presence.
  • Identify conversion and drop-off points optimizing user funnels.
  • Provide daily end-of-shift performance summaries.

Requirements

  • Quiet, professional home work environment.
  • Reliable computer and stable internet.
  • Comfortable using CRMs and call disposition systems.
  • Willing to use TopTracker during all working hours
  • Responsive to manager messages within 15 minutes during shifts

Preferred Experience

  • 1+ year in outbound calling, SDR, call center, or customer service roles

  • CRM experience (HubSpot a plus)

  • Strong documentation and follow-up skills
