Job brief
One of our clients is looking to hire a detail-oriented caller with outbound sales or follow-up experience? Were looking for an Outbound SDR to support a clients sales operations by re-engaging prospects who have already received quotes and moving them to the next step.

10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (New York Time)

30–60 minute unpaid lunch break
Responsibilities
- Make outbound follow-up calls to quoted leads.
- Re-engage prospects, confirm interest, and document outcomes.
- Complete 60+ call attempts per full shift.
- Log all activities, dispositions, and notes accurately in CRM systems.
- Contribute to the organization’s blog.
- Follow call scripts while maintaining a professional phone presence.
- Identify conversion and drop-off points optimizing user funnels.
- Provide daily end-of-shift performance summaries.
Requirements
- Quiet, professional home work environment.
- Reliable computer and stable internet.
- Comfortable using CRMs and call disposition systems.
- Willing to use TopTracker during all working hours
- Responsive to manager messages within 15 minutes during shifts
Preferred Experience

1+ year in outbound calling, SDR, call center, or customer service roles

CRM experience (HubSpot a plus)

Strong documentation and follow-up skills
