Quadrant Health Group is a national behavioral health provider with a brand new location in West Palm Beach called Seaside Wellness. Our inpatient dual-diagnosis treatment center is seeking a compassionate and skilled Therapist to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will hold an active license in the state of Florida (LPC, LCSW, LCDC, or LMFT) and bring direct experience in treating individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. This role requires strong clinical skills, effective group facilitation, and the ability to manage a diverse caseload in a structured treatment environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual therapy, group therapy, and psychoeducation sessions to clients.
  • Carry and manage a clinical caseload, maintaining a balance of individual and group services.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing reviews to support client progress.
  • Facilitate evidence-based groups addressing mental health, substance use, relapse prevention, and coping strategies.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in accordance with state and organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams, including medical, psychiatric, and support staff, to ensure integrated care.
  • Support clients in developing aftercare and discharge plans that promote sustained recovery.
  • Uphold ethical standards of care and confidentiality in line with licensing board and organizational policies.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold one of the following active Florida licenses: LPC, LCSW, LCDC, or LMFT.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals diagnosed with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating groups and providing individual counseling.
  • Strong skills in clinical documentation, assessment, and treatment planning.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a caseload within a fast-paced inpatient setting.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in an inpatient or residential treatment environment.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based practices in dual-diagnosis treatment.
