A national behavioral health organization is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive paid traffic that converts into inbound calls for our admissions call center. This role owns PPC strategy, Google Ads campaign execution, and optimization to increase facility call volume and patient census growth.

We are looking for a full-time marketer, but we are also open to contract (1099) or project-based partnerships. This position can operate remote or hybrid depending on engagement structure.

What Youll Do

  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns, primarily Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, PMax, PMax for Calls, and Performance Max)
  • Increase inbound call volume to the facility admissions call center using strategic keyword targeting, bidding, and optimization
  • Improve call conversion rates, cost-per-lead (CPL), cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and cost-per-call performance
  • Write high-converting search ad copy that drives click-to-call behavior
  • Monitor campaign pacing, impression share, Quality Score, and auction insights to improve performance
  • Analyze call attribution using call tracking platforms (CallRail, CallRail for Healthcare, Invoca, CallRail, CTM, or similar)
  • Report campaign performance weekly and monthly with actionable insights
  • Manage budgets across national markets efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare advertising policies and behavioral health marketing standards

Must-Have Skills

  • 2+ years experience managing Google Ads + PPC campaigns in healthcare, mental health, behavioral health, or call-driven marketing
  • Proven ability to generate admissions calls and scale inbound call funnels
  • Strong understanding of keyword strategy, bidding models, and call attribution
  • Ability to optimize campaigns based on data, call performance, and ROI
  • Experience improving phone lead volume, cost-per-call, and call conversion KPIs

Nice to Have

  • Experience with behavioral health marketing (mental health, SUD, or dual diagnosis)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, KIPU CRM, or healthcare admissions systems
  • Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or multi-state facility launch experience
  • GA4 + Google Tag Manager (GTM)
