Never Alone Adolescent Treatment Center is an inpatient behavioral health treatment program in search of weekend part-time clinician. The Therapist is responsible for providing individual, family, and group therapy services to adolescents in an inpatient behavioral health setting. This position plays a key role in supporting the emotional, behavioral, and psychological well-being of our clients through evidence-based therapeutic interventions. The ideal candidate will have experience working with adolescents in a residential or inpatient behavioral health environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to adolescent clients.
  • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary teamincluding psychiatrists, nurses, and behavioral health techniciansto ensure coordinated and effective care.
  • Participate in treatment team meetings and contribute to discharge planning.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility, state, and Joint Commission standards.
  • Utilize trauma-informed, evidence-based practices to address mental health and behavioral challenges.
  • Communicate effectively with families, guardians, and referral sources as part of ongoing client care.
  • Support a therapeutic environment that promotes safety, emotional growth, and recovery.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Masters degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
  • Licensure: Must hold an active state license (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent). Associate-level licensure may be considered with supervision.
  • Experience: Minimum of 12 years of experience working with adolescents in a behavioral health, residential, or inpatient setting preferred.
  • Skills:

    • Strong understanding of adolescent development and behavioral health disorders.
    • Excellent communication, documentation, and time management skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team setting.
