About Us:
We are a rapidly growing behavioral health treatment organization dedicated to providing compassionate and evidence-based care for individuals struggling with mental health and substance use disorders. We are seeking motivated and experienced Admissions professionals to join our dynamic team.

We are currently hiring for two key roles within our Admissions Department: Admissions Fronters and Admissions Closers. Both positions are critical in ensuring a seamless, compassionate, and efficient admissions process for our clients and their families.

Admissions Fronters

Overview:
The Admissions Fronter serves as the first point of contact for potential clients and their families. This role is responsible for fielding incoming inquiries, qualifying leads, collecting preliminary clinical and insurance information, and scheduling assessments or follow-up calls with Closers.

Shifts: 9:00am - 5:00pm (includes weekends), 3:00pm - 11:00pm, 11:00pm - 7:00am

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls, emails, and web inquiries from prospective clients and families.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess client needs and program fit.
  • Obtain and verify insurance information.
  • Enter accurate and timely data into the CRM/EMR system.
  • Communicate professionally and empathetically to support clients during the intake process.
  • Coordinate with the Admissions Closers to ensure smooth client handoffs.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the companys treatment programs and services.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of behavioral health admissions experience (detox, residential, PHP, or IOP).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Compassionate and professional phone demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with KIPU EMR or similar systems preferred.

Admissions Closers

Overview:
The Admissions Closer is responsible for managing qualified leads through the full admissions processfrom clinical assessment and insurance verification to securing admission and coordinating intake logistics.

Shifts: 9:00am - 5:00pm, 3:00pm - 11:00pm

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with qualified leads provided by the Fronter team.
  • Conduct thorough clinical and insurance reviews to ensure appropriate program placement.
  • Build trust and rapport with clients and families to support decision-making and overcome barriers to admission.
  • Coordinate with clinical, medical, and operations teams to ensure seamless admissions.
  • Manage all documentation, consent forms, and authorizations prior to admission.
  • Track and report conversion metrics and maintain accurate CRM/EMR records.
  • Adhere to ethical standards and all applicable state/federal regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of behavioral health treatment closing experience with proven conversion success.
  • In-depth understanding of levels of care (Detox, Residential, PHP, IOP).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with KIPU EMR or similar admissions systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
