Role Requirements:
Must have 2+ years of experience in a virtual or executive administrative role
2+ years experience working with American, Canadian, Australian, or U.K. bosses or managers.
Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Click Up is beneficial.
Can quickly adapt to new tasks, learning new tools, and finding efficient solutions to day-to-day issues.
Ability to work PST to EST time zone (United States time zone)
Must speak and write fluent English
Must have a reliable backup internet connection
Responsibilities:
Handling administrative tasks such as managing schedules, contracts, invoices, and business operational administrative tasks.
Documenting, following and developing processes of the business operations
Assisting with marketing related tasks such as scheduling email newsletters, social media, etc
Handling emails, drafting professional correspondence, and customer service.
Manage tasks, tracking deadlines, and coordinating with multiple team members
Maintains records, organizes files, and handles confidential information securely.
Managing and updating CRM tools (Ex: Maintaining clickup with all tasks real time or assisting with data entry tasks into a sales CRM such as pipedrive)
Assisting with human resource related issues and tasks (payroll, recruitment, etc)
Assisting to troubleshoot technical issues with third party software providers
Researching information to present to assist in an efficient decision making
