Be the Captain of Production: Steer daily operations to hit top-notch safety, quality,

and efficiency goals like a pro.

Inspire Your Crew: Lead, motivate, and empower a team of production superstars,

fostering a vibe of ownership, teamwork, and constant growth.

Keep Your Eyes on the Prize: Track performance with KPIs and daily reports, spotting

hiccups and swooping in with quick fixes to keep things running smoothly.

Safety First, Always: Create a safe, clean, and compliant workplace, ensuring

everyone follows company safety policies.

Stay Ahead of the Game: Keep production schedules and customer demands on lock,

tackling order changes, equipment hiccups, or setup challenges with lightning-fast

Position Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business or equivalent experience that proves you've got what

it takes.

3+ years as a supervisor, with a bonus for manufacturing experience.

A passion for safety, with a sharp focus on state and local regulations, compliance,

and training.

Experience leading Lean/Kaizen initiatives? That's a major plus we love a

continuous improvement guru!
