With the continuous expansion of the solar parks sector, we are currently seeking a committed SR Asset Manager & Operations to oversee large-scale solar energy EPC projects (10M+).

Key Responsibilities & Expectations:

• Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize the performance and lifespan of renewable energy assets.
• Monitor and analyze asset performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective asset utilization and alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety requirements.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate asset performance and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve asset management processes.

About you:

• 3+ years of experience in asset management within the renewable energy sector.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and optimize asset performance.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing asset management strategies.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and ensure effective asset utilization.
• Passionate about sustainability and committed to driving positive environmental impact.

• Competitive salary range: EUR 3,500-  5,000 gross/ month.
