About the Role:
Were hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Business Support Coordinator to assist a Texas-based technology company with a range of administrative and sales support tasks. This fully remote role supports the sales team by managing back-office functions that contribute to identifying, engaging, and securing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Research Tasks

Research potential customer accounts and decision-makers via LinkedIn, directories, and internal tools

Monitor bid platforms and procurement portals for relevant opportunities

Register the company on new procurement and bidding portals (e.g., Bonfire, IonWave, Vendor Registry)

Maintain documentation for bid registration and compliance (e.g., W9s, insurance certificates, capability statements)
CRM & Reporting

Maintain accurate CRM records, including contacts, leads, and activity logs

Compile weekly pipeline and prospecting reports

Track outreach efforts and summarize key account activity
Sales Team Support

Coordinate outreach campaigns with sales and marketing

Assist in creating client-facing materials like capability summaries and introductory messages

Schedule calls, demos, and meetings between prospects and the sales team
Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

Previous experience in sales support, business development, or administrative roles

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Experience with CRM tools (experience with Zoho is a plus), Microsoft Office, and SharePoint

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
