About the job Community Manager

It is a strategic marketing channel that produces partners and customers for the company.
Responsibilities:
Community management, connecting new members, interacting with the members, and making connections within the community.
To initiate production of events/meetings online + offline, proactively according to market trends and needs
SMM management of the Yozma Tech brand on social networks (LinkedIn, Face, YouTube and more)
Assisting in inviting guests for a video interview, creating content around the topic for social networks, and editing and distributing the content to the communities.
Community development to create leads and partnerships.
Mapping high-tech leaders who may be relevant to the circle and proactively contacting them to join the circle.
Creative production for community events.
newsletter management + website and blog content management.
Terms and requirements:
- Full time/ 75%
-Hebrew mother tongue
-high-level English
-Hybrid model, arriving once/twice a week at the office in Haifa (by train).
- Previous experience in social media marketing - at least two years
- High-level interpersonal communication
- Ability to express yourself in writing and orally at a high level
- Experience working with mailing systems (Newsletter)
- Ability to work with AI tools - an advantage
- Experience in managing communities - a significant advantage
- Option to issue an invoice - an advantage
