We're Looking for a Bellman!

Responsibilities:
As a Bellman, you will be an essential part of the guest experience. Your main responsibility is to ensure a smooth and welcoming arrival and departure process while assisting guests throughout their stay.

  • Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Assist guests with their luggage and escort them to their rooms.
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
  • Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and entrance areas.
  • Collaborate with front desk staff to ensure seamless communication regarding guest needs.
  • Support night audit operations as needed, ensuring accurate reporting of daily activities.
  • Uphold hotel standards for customer service, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries.
  • Assist in managing guest relations by addressing any concerns or issues that arise during their stay.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills with a guest-first mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Familiarity with front desk operations and phone systems is advantageous.
  • The ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Physical stamina to lift heavy luggage and stand for extended periods.
  • Availability to work 8-hour shifts (morning, evening, and night shifts available), weekends and holidays required.

Schedule: This position requires fully availability during mornings and afternoons, shift of 8 hours could be arranged between 6:00 am to 12:00 am, weekends required.

Work Location: Miami South Beach, FL.

Physical Demands: Prolonged periods of being stand and lifting 15 pounds or more

Work Authorization: Employee must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

FSLA Classification: Non-exempt
