The Role

As a Senior Data Engineer, you will serve as the architectural backbone of our data ecosystem, enabling a culture of data-driven decision-making across the company. You will take full ownership of our infrastructure, from complex event ingestion to high-level visualization, directly impacting how our Content, Product, and Marketing teams optimize for explosive growth.

Description

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines that ingest high-volume data from multiple sources into our central warehouse.
  • Architect and manage clean, well-documented data models that function as the single source of truth for the entire organization.
  • Develop and own comprehensive dashboards and self-serve analytics tools to provide real-time visibility into global KPIs.
  • Implement robust monitoring, alerting, and validation frameworks to ensure maximum data accuracy, freshness, and system trust.
  • Support growth initiatives by performing deep-dive analyses on campaign performance, ROAS, and sophisticated LTV modeling.
  • Partner with cross-functional leads to translate complex business questions into technical data solutions and A/B test frameworks.
  • Optimize data flow and storage efficiency to support rapid scaling and real-time product personalization.

Requirements

  • BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience designing and building production-grade data pipelines and analytical warehouses.
  • Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL for complex data manipulation and engineering tasks.
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining modern workflows using tools such as dbt and Airflow.
  • Proven track record with BI platforms like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI to create impactful, self-serve data products.
  • Experience with mobile attribution (AppsFlyer, Adjust) and product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude).
  • Background in analyzing in-app purchase economies, subscription funnels, or coin-based reward systems - advantage.
  • Direct experience with streaming platforms, digital media analytics, or content performance metrics - advantage.
  • Familiarity with integrating CRM data from platforms such as Braze or Iterable into a data warehouse - advantage.
