Product Operations Lead

The Role

We are seeking a hands-on Product Operations Lead to own the operational backbone of our global marketplace platform. In this high-ownership role, you will be responsible for ensuring our core data asset, platform catalog, and interactive mapping systems are highly accurate, scalable, and continuously optimized. Working closely with product and data teams, you will build processes, leverage automation, and lead a growing operations team to power the core user experience.

Description

• Manage and optimize the platform's global data catalog and interactive structural mapping systems to ensure real-time accuracy.
• Oversee the end-to-end operational pipeline for global data ingestion, validation, and quality control across multiple markets.
• Drive operational efficiency by integrating AI-powered tools and smart automation into daily QA and verification workflows.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage a hybrid team of in-house specialists and external outsourced vendors to support scalable operations.
• Define team priorities, daily workflows, and operational timelines to ensure flawless execution of catalog maintenance tasks.
• Analyze workflow bottlenecks, identify inefficiencies, and collaborate cross-functionally with product and data teams to improve internal tools.
• Contribute to the long-term design of our data infrastructure, helping to build robust frameworks that support hyper-growth.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in operations management, product operations, or data-driven project management within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience working directly with large datasets, structured information, and database logic.
• Proven experience utilizing modern AI tools and automation platforms to optimize operational workflows and productivity.
• Fluency in both English and Hebrew with excellent communication skills to coordinate with global stakeholders.
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities with a track record of building and refining scalable operational processes from scratch.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Prior experience directly managing, hiring, and building operational teams - advantage.
• Experience coordinating with freelancers, remote workforces, or external outsourced vendors - advantage.
