The Role

As a FullStack Developer Lead, you will be the driving force behind our core monetization engine and player-facing features. You will balance hands-on high-level engineering with team mentorship, ensuring our architecture remains scalable while delivering high-impact features. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between product vision and technical execution within a high-traffic B2C environment.

Description

• Lead the development and delivery of complex monetization features using React and Node.js.
• Own the full software development lifecycle from architectural design to production deployment.
• Mentor team members through code reviews, technical guidance, and professional development.
• Establish and maintain rigorous engineering standards and best practices across the R&D organization.
• Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to translate business requirements into technical specs.
• Ensure platform stability and performance through comprehensive testing and proactive troubleshooting.
• Drive the integration of advanced animations and interactive user interfaces to enhance player immersion.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development with a focus on React and Node.js.
• 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams and managing cross-functional technical projects. - Advantage
• Proven expertise in working with relational and non-relational databases such as PostgreSQL and Redis.
• Strong background in managing and scaling cloud-native services on AWS or GCP.
• Deep understanding of building high-load B2C platforms with a focus on performance and scalability.
• Resilient mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
• Extensive experience building robust applications using TypeScript and Nest.js - advantage.
• Proficiency with messaging protocols for asynchronous service communication - advantage.
• Previous experience within the gaming industry - advantage.
