The Role

As a Solutions Engineer, you will serve as the primary technical partner for our most strategic enterprise accounts. You will bridge the gap between complex data strategy and hands-on execution, ensuring customers successfully scale their AI agents and optimize their semantic models to achieve long-term business value.

Description

  • Serve as the dedicated technical advisor and primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers.
  • Triage, investigate, and resolve deep technical hurdles to ensure a seamless platform experience.
  • Monitor customer data models and performance metrics proactively to identify optimization opportunities and prevent bottlenecks.
  • Partner with users to refine bespoke implementations and ensure their data stacks are optimized for platform performance.
  • Act as a high-level customer advocate by translating complex field requirements into structured product feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with internal Engineering and Product squads to prioritize long-term technical enhancements and features.
  • Guide customers through the architectural requirements of deploying agentic AI capabilities at scale.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience building and optimizing Cloud Data Warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks.
  • Expertise in performance-tuning complex SQL queries and managing both relational and NoSQL database systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in writing and refactoring production-grade Python code for automated data workflows.
  • Proven track record of building scalable data models and semantic layers from the ground up.
  • Deep understanding of AI-driven applications, prompt engineering, and the architecture of agentic systems.
  • Experience deploying BI platforms like Looker, Sigma, or Tableau to demonstrate ROI to executive stakeholders.
  • Strong background in technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for enterprise-grade software.
  • Background in managing MongoDB or similar non-relational systems - advantage.
