The Role

We are seeking a Data & Operations Project Manager to join our Global Expansion efforts. In this pivotal role, you will own the end-to-end execution of localization and operational growth strategies, coordinating cross-functional initiatives that directly accelerate our international footprint. This is a unique opportunity to gain true ownership and drive meaningful impact by scaling our global operations through smart processes, automation, and data-driven execution.

Description

  • Manage end-to-end localization and geographical expansion projects across multiple international markets.
  • Build, maintain, and own comprehensive project plans, timelines, trackers, and dashboards using modern project management tools.
  • Coordinate daily tasks and deliverables between internal stakeholders, freelancers, and external outsourced vendors.
  • Ensure all region-specific outputs meet strict quality, consistency, brand alignment, and optimization standards.
  • Track ongoing project progress, proactively identify operational bottlenecks or risks, and drive swift resolutions.
  • Maintain clear project documentation, status reports, and performance metrics to ensure visibility for management.
  • Identify process gaps and implement workflow improvements utilizing AI-first productivity tools and QA automation.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in project management, ideally within a fast-paced digital or startup environment.
  • Strong command of Excel or Google Sheets alongside hands-on experience with tools like Monday.com, Asana, or Trello.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, and a proven ability to manage multiple complex workflows simultaneously.
  • High technical curiosity and comfort working with data analysis, modern automation tools, and AI-powered processes.
  • Prior experience handling localization, content operations, or international marketing initiatives - advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in additional languages - advantage.
