The Role
As a Senior User Acquisition Manager, you will be the driving force behind our growth engine, managing significant budgets to scale our global player base. You will take full ownership of the campaign lifecycle, from high-level strategy to granular execution, ensuring our titles reach the right audiences. This role is pivotal in shaping the company's trajectory by bridging the gap between sophisticated data analysis and creative marketing excellence.
Description
- Manage end-to-end large-scale performance campaigns across diverse channels including DSPs and SDK networks.
- Develop and execute comprehensive user acquisition strategies to meet and exceed aggressive growth KPIs.
- Oversee high-volume marketing budgets while continuously optimizing bidding strategies and audience targeting.
- Partner with the creative team to conceptualize and produce high-performing visual assets that resonate with players.
- Collaborate with Product, BI, and Analytics teams to align growth efforts with long-term player LTV and retention goals.
- Identify and test emerging acquisition channels and market trends to maintain a competitive edge in the gaming landscape.
- Analyze complex marketing datasets to derive actionable insights and refine messaging across all touchpoints.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in User Acquisition or Media Buying specifically within the Gaming industry.
- Proven track record of managing significant budgets and achieving measurable ROI in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in navigating the mobile gaming ecosystem and building relationships with publishers and ad tech partners.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate raw data into strategic growth opportunities.
- Strong creative mindset with a deep understanding of what drives player engagement and conversion.
- High proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and performance reporting.
- Experience working with SQL for independent data extraction and analysis - advantage.
