The Role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the engine of our sales pipeline, responsible for identifying and qualifying high-potential retail opportunities. You will act as the first point of contact for prospective partners, mastering the art of the "first impression" while articulating our value proposition to key stakeholders. Description

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify inbound leads and marketing-generated inquiries to ensure a fit for our e-commerce solutions.
  • Conduct discovery calls with business owners and decision-makers to identify pain points and digital needs.
  • Schedule high-quality meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
  • Master our value proposition to effectively handle objections and spark interest in a competitive market.
  • Maintain meticulous records of lead activity and sales communication within the CRM.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to refine messaging and targeting strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role (sales, retail, or service-oriented).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport.
  • Resilient mindset with a strong drive to exceed daily activity and monthly meeting targets.
  • High level of curiosity regarding the e-commerce industry and digital trends.
  • Fast learner with the ability to translate technical features into business benefits.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high-volume lead pipeline.
  • Previous experience in B2B SaaS or the digital commerce ecosystem - advantage.
  • Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) - advantage.
