The Role: CRM Manager

We are seeking a talented and driven CRM Manager to join our growing team. This is a rare chance to play a key role in a scaling gaming company and directly influence our player engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution: Build and launch multi-channel CRM initiatives designed to reach players via Email, Push notifications, and other key touchpoints.
  • Lifecycle Management: Create and deploy tailored player journeys that align with different stages of the user lifecycle to meet core business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Teamwork: Partner with Product, Monetization, Design, Operations, and Data teams to produce and roll out high-impact campaigns.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and evaluate the success of CRM efforts and user flows. This includes conducting A/B tests and collaborating with analysts to turn data into actionable strategy improvements.
  • Creative Oversight: Lead the development of marketing assets, including writing persuasive copy and coordinating with the art department on visual content to ensure a unified brand message.
  • Market Insight: Keep a pulse on gaming industry trends and competitor tactics to keep our CRM approach fresh and competitive.

Requirements

  • Professional Background: 1 to 2 years of solid experience in CRM Marketing, ideally within the gaming or digital entertainment sectors.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written proficiency in English is required.
  • Strategic & Creative Mindset: Ability to think long-term and transform high-level business goals into practical marketing plans.
  • Work Ethic: A self-motivated fast learner who is comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interpersonal Ability: Excellent collaboration skills and a team-oriented approach.
  • Analytical Skills: Data-centric mindset with the ability to interpret metrics, reports, and campaign results effectively.
  • Project Management: Highly organized individual capable of overseeing several simultaneous campaigns and meeting deadlines.
