The Role

As a Payroll Specialist, you will be a vital pillar of our finance department, ensuring the integrity of our day-to-day operations and financial reporting. You will take full ownership of the payroll lifecycle and accounting processes, serving as a key link between internal stakeholders and external partners. This role is designed for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic startup setting and wants to optimize financial workflows.

Description

  • Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes including vendor relations and bank reconciliations.
  • Oversee financial integrity by managing prepaid expenses, accruals, and fixed asset schedules.
  • Execute monthly and period-end closing cycles to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Lead the entire payroll lifecycle from employee onboarding to offboarding and release documentation.
  • Process monthly payroll data, attendance reports, and journal entries with high precision.
  • Coordinate employee benefits, business travel reports, and expense reimbursements.
  • Handle settlements and claims related to social benefits and reserve duty (Miluim).

Requirements

  • Certified Payroll Specialist.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in similar role within a high-tech or startup environment.
  • Proficiency in Priority - Must.
  • Certified Bookkeeper (Level 2/3).
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
  • Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of tasks from initiation to completion.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in a data-heavy environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced office culture.
  • Experience with global payroll or international subsidiaries - advantage.
