Senior Backend Developer

The Role

We are looking for an exceptional Backend Developer to join our expanding engineering team and take a pivotal part in building our core infrastructure. In this role, you will design and implement high-performance services that support millions of active players, directly impacting the stability, scalability, and success of our platform.

Description

• Design, implement, and maintain high-performance backend services using C#.
• Ensure data integrity and optimize performance using MongoDB, Redis, PostgreSQL, or similar technologies.
• Develop and manage secure, scalable, and efficient RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate closely with front-end developers, QA engineers, and product teams to ensure seamless integration of new features.
• Lead features end-to-end, taking full ownership from the initial development phase to production release.
• Proactively troubleshoot issues and optimize backend architecture for high-traffic, real-time environments.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of active, hands-on experience as a Backend Developer.
• Strong foundational knowledge and practical experience with MongoDB or SQL databases.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders.
• Proven track record of designing and developing robust RESTful APIs - advantage.
• Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud - advantage.
• Background in performance tuning and system optimization within high-traffic environments - advantage.
