We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing Health & Wellness brand. In this role, you will take full ownership of high-scale paid media campaigns, focusing on driving measurable growth through precise execution and continuous optimization.

We operate in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment where strategic thinking meets daily hands-on execution. If you have a proven track record of scaling budgets and optimizing for ROAS/CPA, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full Campaign Ownership: Hands-on management of paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, from planning to execution.
  • Continuous Optimization: Conducting daily performance analysis and A/B testing to improve ROAS, efficiency, and scale.
  • Acquisition Strategy: Developing advanced retargeting flows and audience segmentation to maximize funnel efficiency.
  • Creative Collaboration: Working closely with creative and UGC teams to iterate on high-performing ad assets and landing pages.
  • Data & Reporting: Monitoring granular KPIs using GA4, Looker Studio, and Excel to derive actionable insights and operational improvements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing (PPC) with significant monthly budgets (6+ figures).
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager – Must.
  • Advanced proficiency in GA4, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools.
  • A proven track record of scaling campaigns while maintaining efficiency and hitting aggressive targets.
  • Highly independent, detail-oriented, and driven by results.

Advantages

  • Experience in DTC / E-commerce (physical products) – Significant advantage.
  • Experience managing campaigns on TikTok, YouTube, or Instagram.
  • Experience with international markets and B2C subscription models.
