The Role
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Monetization Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing high-level revenue strategies that balance player satisfaction with business growth. You will own the full lifecycle of promotional activities and player segmentation to maximize the commercial potential of our products.
*Please note that this is a full-time position requiring 5 days a week on-site from our Tel Aviv office (not hybrid).
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Design and oversee monthly and quarterly roadmaps that leverage all available product features and marketing assets, while contributing fresh, innovative ideas to the mix.
- Player Segmentation: Analyze and categorize our user base according to player motivations and behavioral patterns to ensure targeted outreach.
- Revenue Strategy: Build and deploy monetization frameworks focused on the "Stay, Play, and Pay" philosophy, ensuring all initiatives align with our retention and revenue KPIs.
- Live Operations & Promotions: Develop and manage daily promotional calendars. This includes end-to-end management from campaign concept and creative production across all channels to technical launch, QA, and post-campaign performance analysis.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work in sync with the Creative, Operations, Product, and Business Analytics teams to ensure a unified approach to our monetization goals.
Requirements
- Professional Experience: 3 or more years of experience as a Monetization Manager within a gaming company or similar.
- Analytical Mindset: A methodological approach to data with the ability to present findings clearly to influence business decisions.
- Quantitative Skills: Strong structural thinking with a high level of proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills.
- Soft Skills: A natural "people person" and team player who is proactive, curious, and a fast learner with the ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Hands-on experience with Looker and Big Query.
