Role Overview
We are searching for a high-impact, hands-on Marketing Lead to spearhead user acquisition and global growth strategies. This is a comprehensive leadership role with end-to-end accountability for marketing execution throughout the entire project lifecycle—from initial prototyping and soft launch to global scaling.
As our first dedicated marketing hire, you will build the UA and growth functions from scratch. You will work in close coordination with Product, Game Design, LiveOps, and Analytics to ensure our marketing engine is integrated into the heart of the games development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all marketing and UA initiatives across every phase of the game, including prototype testing, soft launch, and full global release.
- Architect and execute a data-driven UA strategy across primary channels such as social platforms, search, SDKs, and various ad networks.
- Manage the planning, deployment, and optimization of UA campaigns with full autonomy over budgeting, forecasting, and KPIs.
- Drive continuous campaign refinement to achieve specific ROAS, LTV, CPI, and retention benchmarks.
- Direct the creative strategy and oversee hands-on testing, partnering with designers and video editors to rapidly iterate on winning concepts.
- Evaluate cohort data and marketing analytics to inform daily optimizations and long-term strategic planning.
- Work cross-functionally with Product and LiveOps teams to align acquisition efforts with in-game performance and player retention.
- Recruit and manage a premier marketing team as the studio and its portfolio expand.
Requirements
- 3+ years of direct experience in mobile game user acquisition, including managing campaigns from soft launch through to global scale.
- Proven track record of managing UA across platforms like Meta, Google, and major SDK-based ad networks.
- Deep understanding of essential growth metrics: CPI, ROAS, LTV, retention, and cohort analysis.
- Experience implementing structured creative testing pipelines and scaling successful assets.
- Highly analytical mindset with the ability to make decisive, data-backed adjustments.
- Excellent collaborative skills and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and product stakeholders.
