The Role

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be the creative force behind the user journey of our social casino titles, balancing aesthetics with functional infrastructure. You will be responsible for transforming complex gaming mechanics into intuitive, captivating interfaces that enhance player retention and delight. This role requires a blend of artistic vision and systematic thinking to build scalable design solutions in a fast-paced startup.

Description

• Design user-friendly and visually compelling interfaces that define the player experience across our social casino portfolio.
• Develop detailed wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to test and iterate on design concepts.
• Translate product requirements into functional designs while ensuring technical feasibility alongside engineering teams.
• Conduct user research and analyze player feedback to implement data-driven improvements to the game flow.
• Produce high-quality graphic assets and visual components for in-game features and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Establish and maintain comprehensive design systems and UI kits to ensure visual consistency across all products.
• Collaborate with product managers to refine the product roadmap through design-led innovation and prototyping.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer specifically within the gaming or high-volume fintech industries.
• Mastery of Figma for end-to-end interface design, prototyping, and team collaboration.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for creating high-end graphics, textures, and marketing assets.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining scalable design systems for complex digital products.
• Strong understanding of player psychology and user-centric design principles tailored for the gaming world.
• Experience working in an agile startup environment with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Portfolio demonstrating excellence in both structural UX thinking and high-fidelity UI execution.
