The Role

As the Head of People (Temporary role, between 6-9 months), you will lead our HR and recruiting efforts during an important growth phase. Working closely with the CEO, you will keep our culture strong and make sure the team has everything they need to succeed. This is a hands-on role for someone who is great at building relationships and keeping operations running smoothly in a busy environment.

Description

  • Lead the HR and recruiting team to meet hiring goals and support team growth.
  • Work with leadership to make sure our people strategy matches our business goals.
  • Manage the whole employee experience from hiring and onboarding to off-boarding.
  • Run the daily hiring process and make sure we continue to bring in top talent.
  • Plan and execute team events and initiatives to keep company morale high.
  • Support managers with performance reviews and team-building challenges.
  • Oversee office operations and vendors to keep the workspace productive and fun.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of HR leadership experience in a fast-paced startup or tech company.
  • Strong background in managing recruitment and high-volume hiring.
  • Great organizational skills and the ability to get things done quickly.
  • Clear and professional communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive topics with care.
  • A positive, high-energy personality that helps build a great office vibe.
  • Experience using data and KPIs to track HR success
  • Experience setting up or managing HR software and tools
  • Background in planning company events and managing budgets
