The Role

We are looking for a talented and visionary Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. You will be responsible for defining our visual language across multiple digital channels, creating high-impact designs that resonate with a global audience. This role requires a blend of creative flair and strategic thinking to translate complex marketing goals into compelling visual stories, bridging the gap between high-end aesthetics and intuitive user interfaces (UI/UX) to enhance our digital products and platforms.

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead the design of high-impact ads, social media assets, and sales presentations.
• Create intuitive user interfaces for our AI tools and client-facing dashboards.
• Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes to optimize user journeys.
• Use UX principles to improve landing page engagement and conversion rates.
• Build and maintain a unified Design System and Component Library in Figma.
• Partner with Product and Marketing teams to turn data into visual stories.
• Design clear and aesthetic infographics to visualize complex AdTech data.
• Mentor junior designers and stay updated on the latest industry trends.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in Graphic and/or UI/UX Design.
• A strong portfolio featuring both visual design and functional UI/UX projects.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator).
• Ability to balance creative flair with a data-driven, problem-solving mindset.
• High-level English communication skills to present concepts to stakeholders.
• Degree in Visual Communications, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
