Data Scientist - Gaming

The Role

• Build and deploy data science models that integrate directly into our production systems.
• Drive business decisions and boost KPIs across different departments using advanced analytical tools.
• Track and enhance model performance through ongoing testing and experimentation.
• Solve complex data challenges involving dynamics, causality, clustering, optimization, and online learning.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Game Economy, Development, and Marketing, to design and execute data-led solutions.
• Translate technical findings and innovations into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Keep current with the latest trends and breakthroughs in Data Science and Machine Learning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Data Science or Machine Learning.
• Hands-on experience with Neural Networks and Deep Learning is essential.
• Proven experience working with Time Series data
• BSc degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or similar).
• Strong coding skills in Python and familiarity with version control.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying.
• Solid background in statistical modeling, machine learning, and data analysis.
• Great communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data concepts.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Previous experience in the Gaming industry or working with game-related data - an advantage.
