Role Overview


Were looking for an Operations & Administrative Assistant who keeps our systems, tools, and operations running smoothly. This role isn't just calendar management its about being the person who makes sure platforms are working, subscriptions are under control, and inefficiencies are caught before they turn into problems.

You'll support leadership by handling the details behind the scenes vendor support, system troubleshooting, onboarding team members, and surfacing insights so the rest of the team can focus on strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new hires and manage access/permissions

  • Troubleshoot platforms and liaise with vendor support

  • Audit and manage subscriptions & tools

  • Act as vendor/customer support liaison (CRMs, SaaS, transactions, etc.)

  • Organize meetings, manage calendars, and prepare reports

  • Monitor online brand mentions and flag insights

  • Suggest and implement process improvements

Ideal Candidate:

  • 2+ years in operations, admin, or systems-support

  • Notion, Zoom, Google suite is a plus

  • Strong troubleshooting and vendor support experience

  • Skilled at researching & evaluating SaaS tools

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

  • Bonus: Experience with CRMs, SaaS, or brand monitoring

The Offer:

  • Salary Range: $1,600$ - 1,900/month (negotiable based on experience).

  • Fully remote B2B Contract, PST time zone.
