About the Role
We are seeking a Client Success Manager / Account Executive / Growth Specialist to manage and grow client relationships while ensuring exceptional performance across marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in performance marketing who can confidently explain results, proactively recommend changes, and keep clients aligned, calm, and fully bought into the process.
You will work closely with the founder initially, alongside a media buyer and video editors, acting as the main point of contact for clients and helping bridge strategy, execution, and performance reporting.
Responsibilities

Manage and nurture ongoing client relationships as the primary point of contact

Clearly explain performance marketing metrics and results to clients

Proactively recommend strategic changes and optimizations based on performance data

Ensure clients remain confident, informed, and aligned with the marketing strategy

Coordinate with internal team members including media buyers and video editors

Help maintain a high standard of quality, precision, and accountability across all client engagements
Qualifications

Proven experience in performance marketing (non-negotiable)

Previous experience working at an ad agency or marketing agency

Strong ability to explain numbers, data, and marketing results in a clear and confident manner

Proactive mindset with strong client management and communication skills

Experience keeping clients calm, confident, and committed to the process

Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across teams
