Our client is a fast-growing outbound sales and lead generation agency working with B2B clients across Europe and the U.S. Founded in 2023, they are fully remote and deeply focused on email deliverability, reply handling, and outbound performance. This is an early hire with real ownership and impact.

About the Role:
The Inbox Manager is responsible for managing replies from cold email campaigns, converting positive replies into booked meetings, and supporting outbound campaign operations. The role also includes warm calling leads who showed interest but did not book. You will work closely with the GTM Engineer, owning day-to-day execution while they own strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple client inboxes and respond quickly to replies

  • Turn positive replies into booked meetings and create handover notes

  • Use follow-up sequences and write custom replies when needed

  • Run warm calling to re-engage interested leads

  • Support campaign operations (Clay enrichment, QA, Smartlead setup)

  • Keep tracking clean and share insights to improve campaigns

Qualifications:

  • Experience handling replies from cold email or outbound sales campaigns

  • Strong written English and copy fundamentals

  • Confident on the phone with business leads

  • Highly organised and detail-oriented

  • Able to work UK hours or EST

Tools: Smartlead, Clay, Airtable/Sheets, Slack, Calendly or Google Calendar

Bonus: Outbound agency experience, shared inbox management, multi-channel follow-up

  • Salary: $1,600 – $2,250 USD/month
