About the role
We are looking for an Account Manager to own and manage client relationships end-to-end. This role sits at the intersection of communication, strategy, and execution—ensuring clients feel supported, informed, and confident in the work being delivered.

You will be the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for translating their needs into clear internal direction, while keeping projects moving and expectations aligned.

Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for all client communication (Slack, calls, meetings)
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Proactively check in with clients and identify opportunities to improve performance and satisfaction
  • Handle client questions, concerns, and feedback in a timely, professional manner

Communication & Coordination

  • Lead client meetings, including weekly check-ins and strategy calls - 10-15 clients. 
  • Clearly communicate updates, timelines, and deliverables to clients
  • Ensure clients are consistently informed on progress, performance, and next steps

Project Intake & Briefing

  • Receive and interpret client requests, goals, and feedback
  • Translate client needs into clear, detailed briefs for internal teams
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure accurate execution
  • Ensure all deliverables align with client expectations and business objectives

Project Oversight

  • Follow up internally to keep projects moving forward
  • Keep clients updated throughout the lifecycle of each project

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with Project Managers, media buyers, designers, and developers
  • Facilitate alignment between client expectations and internal execution
  • Participate in internal planning and strategy discussions for client accounts

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, client success, or similar client-facing roles
  • Experience in a digital marketing or agency environment
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Ability to translate high-level client requests into structured, actionable tasks
  • Comfortable leading meetings and managing conversations with clients
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Slack-based communication workflows
  • Understanding of paid media, web development, or email marketing
  • Experience working with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, etc.)


Offer Details

  • Working Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM EST or CST

  • Salary: $2,200 – $3,000 USD per month

  • Contract: Full-time remote contractor
