About Our Client 
Our client is a fast-growing email marketing agency delivering high-converting campaigns for multiple E-commerce DTC brands. They operate in pod-based teams, pairing Account Managers with designers and Klaviyo technicians to maximize client performance.

About the Role:
We are hiring a Remote Account Manager who will oversee 5–7 client accounts, manage deliverables, and write email copy. You will work closely with your pod — an Email Designer and Klaviyo Technician — to ensure campaigns are on-brand, on time, and performing at a high level. This is a fully client-facing role from day one.

Responsibilities:

  • Write compelling email copy for campaigns and flows.
  • Build monthly campaign calendars and assign tasks across the pod.
  • Coordinate with the Email Designer and Klaviyo Technician to execute campaigns.
  • Conduct account audits and identify gaps in email lifecycle, segmentation, and flows.
  • Lead pod check-ins 2–3x per week to review priorities and blockers.
  • QA all campaigns before launch (links, segments, UTMs, previews).
  • Coordinate 2–3 A/B tests per week.
  • Monitor weekly metrics and flag opportunities or issues.

Qualifications:

  • Strong copywriting skills — emails that convert.
  • Experience in email marketing execution and project/account management.
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo (flows, segmentation, reporting).
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and client-focused.
  • Tools: Klaviyo · SmartSuite · Slack · Figma · Google Meet

Offer Details:

  • Working Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM ET 
  • Contract Type: Full-Time, Remote B2B Contract
  • Salary: 3800$-4500$
