About the Client
Our client is a fast-growing, performance-driven digital marketing agency laser-focused on one thing: driving qualified, high-intent leads through Meta ad funnels for high-ticket B2B software and tech companies. For over four years, this has been their sole focus — and there is virtually no other agency operating at this level in the space.
They work exclusively with B2B SaaS, B2B software, and B2B tech firms, running sophisticated call funnels that turn cold traffic into booked calls with qualified buyers. About the Role
We are looking for a full-time Account Manager who thrives on ownership, Go To Market strategy, and keeping client operations running at a high level. This role is ideal for someone who values deep focus, accountability, and long-term client relationships.
You'll work directly with the founders, owning client communication, driving strategy, and coordinating cross-team execution.
This is a role for someone who wants to grow, take full responsibility, and operate as a true strategic partner to clients — not just push buttons.
Key Responsibilities
Own client relationships end-to-end as the main point of contact and trusted advisor
Lead onboarding and weekly performance/strategy calls with clear data insights
Proactively check in with clients and identify opportunities to improve performance and satisfaction
Handle client questions, concerns, and feedback in a timely, professional manner
Clearly explain performance marketing metrics and results to clients
Proactively recommend strategic changes and optimizations based on performance data
Ensure clients remain confident, informed, and aligned with the marketing strategy
Monitor performance, identify trends, and quickly troubleshoot issues (CPA spikes, drop-offs)
Coordinate with internal teams (design, video, strategy) to execute campaigns smoothly
Manage timelines, deliverables, and project workflows while removing bottlenecks
What We Expect From You
Must-Haves
Strong English speaker with clear, professional communication skills
4+ years of client-facing experience in an agency or performance marketing environment.
Proactive mindset with strong client management and communication skills
Experience keeping clients calm, confident, and committed to the process
Professional camera setup for weekly client video calls
Ability to work Mountain Standard Time (MST) hours
Bonus Points
Familiarity with high-ticket call funnels, Go To Market strategy, and digital marketing
Strong ability to talk intelligently about building offers, marketing hierarchy, and Go To Market strategy
Strong strategic thinking and independent decision-making
Salary & Working Hours
Salary: $6,000 – $7000 USD per month, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time, remote — Mountain Standard Time (MST)
Direct report to the founders to start, with a clear growth path to Director of Client Success, and the opportunity to build the entire delivery team from the ground up
