About the Client

Our client is a fast-growing, performance-driven digital marketing agency laser-focused on one thing: driving qualified, high-intent leads through Meta ad funnels for high-ticket B2B software and tech companies. For over four years, this has been their sole focus — and there is virtually no other agency operating at this level in the space.

They work exclusively with B2B SaaS, B2B software, and B2B tech firms, running sophisticated call funnels that turn cold traffic into booked calls with qualified buyers. Their culture is built on full ownership, autonomy, and a relentless drive to get results. They don't hire order-takers. They hire killers.

About the Role

We are looking for a full-time Account Manager / Media Buyer who thrives on ownership, strategy, and keeping client operations running at a high level. This role is ideal for someone who values deep focus, accountability, and long-term client relationships.

You'll work directly with the founders, managing Meta campaigns for B2B clients running high-ticket call funnels, while owning client communication, driving strategy, writing copy, and coordinating cross-team execution.

This is a role for someone who wants to grow, take full responsibility, and operate as a true strategic partner to clients — not just push buttons.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own client relationships end-to-end as the main point of contact and trusted advisor
  • Lead onboarding and weekly performance/strategy calls with clear data insights
  • Launch, manage, and optimize Meta ad campaigns for B2B call funnels
  • Monitor performance, identify trends, and quickly troubleshoot issues (CPA spikes, drop-offs)
  • Scale winning campaigns and continuously test new creatives and angles
  • Write high-converting ad copy, hooks, scripts, and CTAs
  • Build and optimize funnels (landing pages, applications, email sequences)
  • Drive CRO improvements across the funnel to increase conversions
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, video, strategy) to execute campaigns smoothly
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and project workflows while removing bottlenecks



What We Expect From You

Must-Haves

  • 3–5+ years running Meta ad campaigns with a focus on B2B call funnels

  • Strong understanding of funnels — not just ads

  • Strong English speaker with clear, professional communication skills

  • Copywriting experience — ad scripts, hooks, angles, CTAs

  • Funnel building experience (ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, or similar)

  • 2+ years of client-facing experience in an agency or performance marketing environment.

  • Professional camera setup for weekly client video calls

  • Ability to work Mountain Standard Time (MST) hours

Bonus Points

  • Experience running ads specifically for B2B SaaS, B2B software, or B2B tech companies

  • Familiarity with high-ticket call funnel frameworks

  • Background at a B2B-focused performance marketing or lead generation agency
  • Experience in fast-paced, performance-driven environments

  • Strong strategic thinking and independent decision-making

Salary & Working Hours

  • Salary: $4,000 – $6000 USD per month depending on experience

  • Schedule: Full-time, remote — Mountain Standard Time (MST)

  • Direct report to the founders to start, with a clear growth path to Director of Client Success and the opportunity to build the entire delivery team from the ground up
