The role
We are seeking a results-driven Meta Media Buyer & Account Strategist to manage and scale paid social campaigns for our DTC e-commerce clients. This hybrid role blends analytical precision with strategic thinking youll oversee media buying performance while collaborating directly with clients to develop full-funnel strategies that drive growth and profitability.
Youll be responsible for managing ad spend across Meta platforms, interpreting performance data to hit key business KPIs and profit margin targets, and implementing cutting-edge scaling strategies in an ever-evolving media landscape. Simultaneously, youll act as a strategic partner to clients, guiding creative direction, offer strategy, and funnel optimization to ensure long-term success.
Responsibilities
Media Buying
Manage and scale Meta ad accounts for multiple DTC e-commerce brands.
Own campaign structure, budgeting, and optimization to maximize ROAS and profitability.
Analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Implement the latest scaling tactics, testing frameworks, and creative strategies.
Stay ahead of Meta platform updates, algorithm shifts, and audience trends.
Account Strategy
Serve as the primary client contact, managing communication and aligning on growth goals.
Develop holistic marketing strategies across paid media, creative, and conversion funnels.
Collaborate with creative teams on ad concepts, offers, and messaging angles.
Review and advise on landing page design, offer positioning, and CRO opportunities.
Synthesize performance learnings into clear, strategic recommendations for clients.
Qualifications
2+ years managing Meta Ads for DTC e-commerce brands (agency experience preferred).
Proven track record of scaling ad accounts with strong ROAS and profit outcomes.
Deep understanding of media buying metrics, attribution, and performance data.
Strategic mindset with the ability to connect creative, offer, and funnel strategy.
Excellent communication and client-management skills.
Proficiency with tools such as Ads Manager, Google Sheets, Triple Whale, or Northbeam.
Knowledge of complementary platforms (TikTok, Google Ads) is a plus.
