About the Role

Were looking for an AI Tech Stack Specialist someone whos both highly technical and endlessly curious about how AI is transforming the way businesses operate.
In this role, youll build advanced workflows, automate complex systems, and develop AI-powered solutions that improve both internal operations and client implementations.

What You'll Do

GoHighLevel Platform (30%)

  • Build and optimize landing pages, websites, and full web flows in GoHighLevel.

  • Integrate AI chatbots and AI voice agents into client funnels.

  • Configure CRM automations, pipelines, and campaigns using AI tools.

  • Troubleshoot and improve platform performance and user experience.

  • Stay updated on GoHighLevel best practices and new features.

Automation & Integration (30%)

  • Create advanced workflows using n8n, Make.com, Zapier, and similar tools.

  • Connect multiple apps and AI services through APIs and webhooks.

  • Optimize automation logic for reliability, speed, and scalability.

  • Document workflows and create SOPs for future use.

AI-Powered Development (30%)

  • Rapidly prototype and deploy tools and websites using Replit, bolt.new, Lovable.dev, Cursor, etc.

  • Use AI coding assistants to build dashboards, automations, and mini-apps.

  • Turn business ideas into working prototypes quickly and iterate fast.

  • Test and refine AI-generated code for production use.

Continuous AI Innovation (10%)

  • Research and experiment with the newest AI tools and technologies.

  • Stay active in AI communities (Reddit, YouTube, Discord, Twitter/X).

  • Bring new ideas and breakthroughs to the team.

  • Prototype creative AI solutions before they go mainstream.

What Were Looking For

Technical Skills

  • Solid experience with GoHighLevel (or readiness to learn fast with training).

  • Proficiency with at least two automation tools (n8n, Make.com, Zapier, etc.).

  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development (Replit, bolt.new, Cursor, etc.).

  • Understanding of APIs, webhooks, HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.

Mindset & AI Enthusiasm

  • Proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.

  • Passionate learner constantly exploring new AI tools and trends.

  • Communicates clearly and documents processes effectively.

  • Deep curiosity about AIs real-world impact and hands-on experimentation.

  • Sees AI as a transformative force in how modern work is done.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in an agency or fast-paced startup.

  • Knowledge of tools like Airtable, Notion API, Slack integrations, Vapi, Bland AI, etc.

  • Background in marketing tech or conversion optimization.

  • Understanding of prompt engineering, vibe coding, and AI model capabilities.

  • Experience preparing client documentation and training materials.

  • Awareness of data privacy, security, and API rate limits.


Compensation & Working Hours:

Position: AI Tech Stack Specialist (GoHighLevel + Automation + AI Development)
Salary: 2500 - 3000 USD/month
Type: Full-time, B2B freelance
Location: LATAM (Remote)
Time Zone: 9-5 EST working hours
