About Our Client 
Our client is a fast-growing holding company operating multiple businesses across e-commerce, telehealth, and home services. The primary focus for this role is their DTC e-commerce skincare brand, which offers a highly differentiated product with strong market appeal and regulatory backing. In addition to this flagship brand, the company also owns and operates a telehealth business targeting executives and a regional pest control service. The team is lean, performance-driven, and focused on scaling aggressively.

About the role
We are hiring a Media Buyer to take ownership of paid advertising strategy and execution for a fast-scaling DTC e-commerce brand. This role requires someone who is not only operationally strong but also strategic, with proven experience managing and scaling ad spend. The ideal candidate already has frameworks, testing methodologies, and a clear approach to campaign optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns (primarily Meta)
  • Manage monthly ad budgets starting from $10K–$15K, scaling to $30K–$50K+
  • Develop and implement testing strategies (LLA, cost caps, creatives, etc.)
  • Source and set up necessary accounts (e.g., Business Managers, proxies)
  • Analyze performance data and iterate campaigns based on insights
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Designer to improve ad performance
  • Bring a structured, proven approach to scaling winning campaigns

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in e-commerce/DTC media buying
  • Track record managing at least $50K–$100K/month in ad spend
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads and performance marketing strategies
  • Experience with proxy setups and Business Manager sourcing
  • Ability to independently create and execute strategies
  • Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills
  • Self-sufficient and requires minimal training or hand-holding

Offer Details (working hours, contract type, salary)

  • Start part-time with transition to full-time
  • Flexible schedule (first or second half of the day), aligned with CST/EST
  • Fully remote
  • 3000-4000$ for full time, 1500$-2000$ for part time
