Our client is an eight-figure business funding company led by a high-performance founder focused on growth, content, partnerships, and strategy. The company onboards 60–80 new clients per month and operates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where speed, precision, and communication quality are critical.

About the Role

We are hiring a high-trust, high-autonomy Executive Assistant / Founder Support to operate as a true extension of the founder.

This is not a basic VA role.

You will own inbound communication triage, founder message filtering, Slack oversight, and AI-assisted response execution—allowing the founder to remain focused on high-impact priorities. You will have direct access to internal systems, Slack, and AI tools to respond as the founder would: accurately, professionally, and fast.

Responsibilities

  • Own and triage all inbound communication across email, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DMs, and social comments

  • Filter noise vs. priority (clients, partners, prospects, escalations) and flag only true founder-level issues

  • Respond on behalf of the founder using approved templates, context awareness, and AI-assisted responses

  • Monitor and manage Slack, including founder mentions, escalations, and sensitive client issues

  • Route messages to the correct internal teams (Customer Success, Funding, Operations) and ensure nothing is missed

  • Use AI voice tools (e.g., ElevenLabs) to send short, personalized voice notes in the founders voice when appropriate

  • Identify and route conversations that can convert into booked calls, paid plans, or upsells (commission eligible)

  • Handle day-to-day founder support tasks, proactively spot inefficiencies, and close loops without reminders

Qualifications

This role will not work for someone who needs micromanagement or frequent direction.

You must be:

  • Extremely dependable and detail-oriented

  • Highly organized (borderline obsessive)

  • Proactive and comfortable making decisions

  • Calm under pressure and high message volume

  • Able to quickly learn tone, judgment, and context

If you miss messages, need repeated instructions, or freeze without direction—this is not the role for you.

Offer Details

  • Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST

  • Contract Type: Full-time, remote

  • Salary: $2,000 – $2,500 USD per month

  • Performance-Based Upside:

    • Commissions on calls booked

    • Commissions on deals influenced

  • Long-term growth working directly with an eight-figure founder
