The Role

As a Creative Strategist, youll be the brains behind the content. Youll bridge the gap between client goals and production executiontranslating insights into interview angles, shot lists, scripts, and content structures that win on TikTok, Facebook, and beyond. Youll work directly with clients, hosts, editors, and media buyers to ensure our creative is not only brand-aligned but also optimized for performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead creative strategy for assigned client accounts from kickoff to delivery.

  • Translate client goals, audience insights, and brand voice into street interview questions, creative hooks, and ad angles.

  • Build content briefs with clear direction for production teams, including tone, style, and deliverable types.

  • Work with editors to shape raw footage into high-converting ads, providing time-coded feedback and performance-driven recommendations.

  • Collaborate with media buyers to optimize creative based on performance dataiterating quickly on winning concepts and cutting underperformers.

  • Stay ahead of TikTok, Reels, and Shorts trends, integrating best practices and emerging formats into creative planning.

  • Participate in client-facing calls to pitch new angles, present deliverables, and gather feedback.

  • Maintain brand consistency while also pushing creative boundaries to maximize engagement and conversions.

What Were Looking For

  • 2+ years in creative strategy for paid social (TikTok, Meta, or similar), preferably in a direct-to-consumer or agency setting.

  • Proven track record of creating concepts that scale in paid campaigns.

  • Deep understanding of UGC and street interview content styles.

  • Strong copywriting chopsespecially for hooks, captions, and call-to-actions.

  • Comfortable working with raw footage, storyboarding, and giving precise edit notes.

  • Highly organized with fast-turnaround adaptabilityyou thrive in a high-volume content environment.

  • Excellent communication skills with both internal teams and clients.

  • Passion for testing, iterating, and making data-informed creative decisions.

  • AI Enabled to maximize your output.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience directing talent or conducting interviews on set.

  • Familiarity with editing software for basic mock-ups.

  • Background in media buying or ad account management.

Compensation & Working hours:


  • Remote, full-time, CST

  • $2750-$3250 (based on experience)
