We run a high-volume sales and marketing operation with a team of cold callers, virtual assistants, and local staff. Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Manager / Sales Trainer who can take ownership of our outbound sales operations. This person will lead, coach, and manage a team of cold callers, ensuring they have the skills, scripts, and accountability systems needed to consistently hit targets. You'll be responsible for both training new hires and improving the performance of existing sales reps.

Key Responsibilities


  • Recruit, train, and onboard new cold callers and sales reps.
    Develop, refine, and update sales scripts and objection-handling playbooks.
  • Conduct live call coaching, role-plays, and feedback sessions.
    Track individual and team KPIs (dials, conversations, deals closed, revenue).
  • Implement performance management systems (daily scorecards, weekly reviews).
  • Motivate and hold team accountable to activity and result targets.
    Report weekly results to leadership with insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with operations to align sales with fulfillment and client satisfaction.

  • Requirements
  • Proven experience managing and training cold callers (2+ years).
  • Strong knowledge of high-volume sales environments (call centers, B2B, B2C).
  • Track record of building teams that consistently hit or exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools, dialers, and KPI dashboards.
  • Ability to inspire and maintain a results first sales culture.

    Preferred

    Experience in medical supplies or pharmaceutical sales (huge plus).
    Experience managing offshore/VA teams.
    Bilingual (English + Spanish or Portuguese).

    Compensation

    2000$ Base Salary + Performance Bonus (competitive and negotiable, 200-400)
    Opportunity for growth into Director of Sales role as the company scales.
