We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to oversee client relationships and drive successful email marketing campaigns. In this role, you will collaborate with clients, strategize marketing initiatives, manage campaign workflows, and ensure high-quality execution.

Responsibilities
Client Collaboration & Strategy Development
Conduct digital meetings with clients to share strategic insights, plan campaign calendars, and gather feedback to refine email strategies.
Collaborate with clients to align campaign objectives with broader marketing goals and ensure successful execution.
Campaign Calendar Management
Maintain comprehensive campaign calendars for each client, tracking project timelines and ensuring timely receipt of necessary information for task creation.
Coordinate with team members to delegate tasks efficiently, facilitating the workflow for designers and copywriters.
Campaign & Flow Briefing
Develop detailed briefs for email campaigns and automated flows, incorporating strategic goals and creative direction.
Train and leverage AI tools for generating initial email copy, ensuring alignment with client voice and brand standards.
Design Review & Feedback Integration
Conduct thorough internal reviews of email campaign and flow designs to ensure they meet creative and strategic standards before client submission.
Accurately incorporate client feedback into the design process, maintaining high quality and consistency across campaigns.
Email Scheduling & Quality Control
Review and schedule email campaigns within Klaviyo, confirming correct segmentation, content accuracy, and adherence to optimal send times.
Perform quality assurance checks to prevent errors and maximize the impact of each email send.
SMS Campaigns & Flow Management
Plan, generate, and implement SMS marketing campaigns and automated flows tailored to client objectives and audience preferences.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor campaign performance metrics and client analytics to inform future strategy.
Prepare detailed monthly performance reports for clients upon request, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
Team Coordination & Workflow Oversight
Ensure designers and team members remain focused, adhere to project deadlines, and meet workplace standards for quality and efficiency.
Foster a productive team environment through clear communication and proactive project management.
Industry Research & Best Practices
Stay informed on the latest industry trends, email marketing guidelines, and technological advancements.
Implement best practices to enhance the effectiveness of client campaigns and maintain compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
3+ Years of experience with Klaviyo
Experience working in an agency
Technology pluses: ClickUp, Figma, Airtable

Compensation: 3750 $- 4250$ gross/month
