Their process is inbound-focused, meaning leads are generated online and given directly to their closers no cold calling or outbound prospecting is required.
About the Role
The ACQ Specialist Closer will handle incoming leads from homeowners interested in a cash offer on their property. This is a full-cycle closing role, meaning the specialist will guide the lead from initial inquiry all the way to a closed and funded deal.
This is not a cold-calling or appointment-setting role the leads have already opted in online. You will work directly with the internal team, using provided scripts and resources to structure offers and close deals.
Responsibilities

Call inbound leads who have expressed interest in selling their homes for cash.

Ask qualifying questions about the property, seller motivation, location, and timeline.

Work with the internal team to structure offers and close deals efficiently.

Ensure contracts are executed and deals are funded.

Follow provided scripts while applying your own closing skills.

Maintain accurate records and update the team on lead status.

Handle multiple leads and deals simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Expectations / Non-Negotiables

Proven experience in real estate wholesaling.

Track record of deals actually closed and funded, not just under contract.

Expert-level closing skills able to convert inbound leads into signed deals.

Coachable, receptive to feedback, and able to follow scripts/processes.

Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, as some leads are Latin American.

Comfortable working in EST timezone.

Ability to work independently and manage your pipeline effectively.
Offer

Base salary: $1,200 - $2,000/month, flexible depending on experience.

Commission/bonus on closed and funded deals (details discussed in second-round interview).
