Meta Ad Management: They run and optimize ad campaigns based on the funnels they built.

Role Overview

As a Meta Media Buyer, you'll be responsible for launching, managing, and scaling Meta ad campaigns that generate qualified leads for accounting firms. You'll work alongside strategists and copywriters to bring funnel strategies to life, track performance, and make data-driven optimizations.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage Meta ad accounts for up to 5-6 clients
  • Launch 12 new campaigns per week, including testing audiences, creatives, and messaging
  • Monitor performance and make continuous optimizations based on clear data insights
  • Report on KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and lead quality

  • Support new client onboarding by helping get accounts live from scratch
  • Collaborate closely with a strategist and copywriter to align 

    campaign execution with funnel design

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience running Meta ads (agency experience preferred)
  • Proven track record managing mid- to high-budget campaigns
  • Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion metrics
  • Experience launching and scaling Meta campaigns from scratch
  • Solid understanding of ad creative psychology what gets attention and drives action
  • Experience working with or directing creatives (video, copy, visual) you know what works and aren't just clicking buttons
  • Hands-on experience using Meta Ads Manager for performance-based B2B campaigns
  • Strong analytical mindset ability to make data-informed decisions and report results clearly

Compensation: $2,300-$3,000 USD/month

Location: Remote, LATAM
