Responsibilities

As Acquisition Lead, youll be responsible for strategy, execution, and performance across Meta and other paid platforms. Youll work cross-functionally to drive growth through paid media, creative testing, and funnel optimization.

Your key areas of ownership include:

  • Paid Media Strategy & Execution:

    • Plan, launch, manage, and scale paid campaigns (primarily Meta; optionally Google, TikTok, etc.) across multiple DTC client accounts.

    • Define media strategy, structure accounts, and run ongoing tests and optimizations.

  • Creative Direction & Testing:

    • Write briefs and shot lists for creators/editors based on testing frameworks and customer psychology.

    • Analyze ad performance to identify trends and inform next iterations.

  • Funnel & Offer Strategy Collaboration:

    • Collaborate on post-click strategy: landing pages, LTV loops, upsells, customer journeys.

    • Offer strategic guidance to the web team and founder to improve funnel efficiency.

  • Performance Reporting & Insights:

    • Track metrics like ROAS, contribution margin, CAC, and sales lift.

    • Use insights to drive scaling decisions and creative/offer optimizations.

Expectations

We're looking for a mid-to-senior performance marketer who brings:

  • 3-5+ years of experience running Meta campaigns for DTC brands (CPG/bev/supplements preferred)

  • Deep knowledge of paid growth metrics and KPIs

  • Analytical mindset with ability to build testing plans and make data-led decisions

  • Experienced scaling brands from 0 to $100k+/mo in spend

  • Experience writing creative briefs and running structured creative testing

  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment

  • Bonus: experience across TikTok Ads, Google Ads, or creator-led content

Youll collaborate with a small, high-performing team:

  • Web/Ecom Lead (CRO/landing pages)

  • Retention Lead (email/SMS)

  • PM/Ops Lead (systems/project flow)

  • Founder (strategy)
    Youll also direct freelance creators no timeline or micromanagement responsibility.

Offer:

  • Remote B2B Contract, 

    Aligned with EST 9-5 
  • Salary Range: 3000$-3500$
