About the Role
This is a full-time, remote position designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is tech-savvy, and has experience in marketing operations and project management.
The Marketing Operations & Project Coordinator will manage CRM integrations, campaign setup, data tracking, and project coordination. The ideal candidate is hands-on with marketing tools, able to manage systems and timelines effectively, and comfortable communicating with clients when necessary.
Responsibilities

Integrate CRMs and marketing software (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Close)

Use automation tools like Zapier and Make to streamline processes

Configure and launch campaigns in Meta Ads Manager following SOPs (media buying not required)

Upload and manage assets within platforms such as Clickfunnels, Typeform, and Calendly

Manually track and log performance metrics across marketing campaigns

Gather necessary data from tools and client channels (e.g., Slack) proactively

Coordinate with editors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of client projects

Manage project timelines and deliverables using Asana

Respond to IT and tech-related client requests within Slack channels
-
Make light updates to landing pages using drag-and-drop builders (Clickfunnels, GoHighLevel)
Qualifications

Proven experience with marketing technology and CRM tools

Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (client-facing when needed)

Self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple priorities

Proficiency with tools such as Zapier, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Clickfunnels, and Google Sheets

Familiarity with landing page builders and digital workflows
