About the Role

This is a full-time, remote position designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is tech-savvy, and has experience in marketing operations and project management.

The Marketing Operations & Project Coordinator will manage CRM integrations, campaign setup, data tracking, and project coordination. The ideal candidate is hands-on with marketing tools, able to manage systems and timelines effectively, and comfortable communicating with clients when necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Integrate CRMs and marketing software (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Close)

  • Use automation tools like Zapier and Make to streamline processes

  • Configure and launch campaigns in Meta Ads Manager following SOPs (media buying not required)

  • Upload and manage assets within platforms such as Clickfunnels, Typeform, and Calendly

  • Manually track and log performance metrics across marketing campaigns

  • Gather necessary data from tools and client channels (e.g., Slack) proactively

  • Coordinate with editors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of client projects

  • Manage project timelines and deliverables using Asana

  • Respond to IT and tech-related client requests within Slack channels

  • Make light updates to landing pages using drag-and-drop builders (Clickfunnels, GoHighLevel)

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with marketing technology and CRM tools

  • Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (client-facing when needed)

  • Self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • Proficiency with tools such as Zapier, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Clickfunnels, and Google Sheets

  • Familiarity with landing page builders and digital workflows

Offer Details

  • Commitment: Full-time

  • Location: Remote (preferably LATAM)

  • Working Hours: EST-aligned

  • Salary Range: USD 2,500-3,500 per month
