Our Client:

fast-growing digital agency that specializes in paid social advertising and content creation for eCommerce and DTC brands. With a team structure built around dedicated pods, they deliver high-performing campaigns and creative content across platforms like Facebook and TikTok. The agency currently manages over 30-45 client accounts at a time, combining hands-on strategy with streamlined content delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of 30-40 clients, balancing both hands-on accounts and lower-touch content-focused clients.

  • Lead client onboarding and set them up for long-term success within the agencys systems.

  • Act as the primary point of contact, maintaining strong, proactive communication.

  • Track milestones and deliverables, ensuring smooth progress across teams and clients.

  • Escalate client feedback and issues to internal teams (e.g., creative, video, design).

  • Collaborate closely with internal creative strategists, designers, and editors to fulfill project needs.

  • Support upper management by flagging at-risk accounts and assisting with prioritization decisions.

  • Utilize Slack, Notion, and other tools to manage day-to-day operations and documentation.

Expectations:

  • Previous agency experience with a strong focus on client relationship management.

  • Comfortable working full-time on a US timezone schedule.

  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Working knowledge of paid social platforms (especially Meta and TikTok Ads); prior experience in media buying or ad creation is a plus.

  • Strong familiarity with Slack and Notion.

  • Confident, organized, and proactivecomfortable making decisions and guiding clients independently.

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The Offer:

  • Salary Range: $2,200$2,500/month (negotiable based on experience).

  • Fully remote B2B Contract, CST time zone.
