About Our Client
Our client is a U.S.-based email and SMS lifecycle marketing agency for DTC ecommerce brands. They manage ~35 client workspaces across health, wellness, food, and consumer products on Klaviyo and Shopify.
About the Role
We are seeking a Strategist / Account Manager to own 6–8 DTC brand accounts end to end. You will lead strategy, AI-assisted copy, creative direction, QA, testing, flow optimization, reporting, and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute campaign calendars (8–20 campaigns per client/month)

Write and refine AI-assisted campaign copy

Brief designers and manage creative revisions

QA emails before launch

Run/document A/B tests (2+ per client/month) with revenue impact

Monitor and optimize flows
-
Lead client calls and async communication
-
Deliver monthly performance reports
-
Monitor deliverability and workflow in ClickUp
Qualifications & Skills

Klaviyo and Shopify experience

Agency account management experience
-
Strong DTC ecommerce instincts (retention, LTV, AOV, subscriptions)

Tech-savvy, proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
Bonus Points

Subscription platform familiarity (Skio, Recharge)
